Hi there
I recently purchased a workspace individual account and I would like to contact google regarding and issue I am having with the appointment schedules on google calendar (the main reason I bought the subscription). I don't know how to log in, the system says that it is not my normal email. where can I find the admin name?
Thank you for your help.
Check out all the various options for recovering admin access to your Google Workspace account at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en.
There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.
Hope that helps,
Ian
Thank you for your help
Reading this I am just thinking that I might not have an administration account. Because the problem is not, that i donโt remember my details is that I dont have my own domain as such (I have my web site domain). Looking at the email that google sent me when I started the subscription, it doesnโt say anything about admin names. It start like โYou're subscribed to the Google Workspace Individual plan, giving you access to premium productivity features across Workspace products. โ
thank you
Thank you
Ah! Workspace Individual is differentโyou just get the extra features added to your Gmail account. I honestly donโt know if thereโs even an admin console availableโฆ.
Hope that helps, at least a little,
Ian
Thank you that is what i thought. It is more or less find with me but i still need help with the calendar. Is a paid subscription so it should be some sort of customer services available. Do you know where I can get help.
Thank you again for your hell.
I honestly don't know, I'm sorry. I found https://support.google.com/google-workspace-individual/?hl=en#topic=10713204, which mentions "Contact Google Workspace Individual subscriber support", but when you click that link, you get to https://support.google.com/google-workspace-individual/answer/10758209 which doesn't actually talk about getting help with the various workspace products.
If you had a Business or Enterprise workspace instance, the way to contact support is via the admin console, as described at https://support.google.com/a/answer/1047213?hl=en, but that requires that you start from admin.google.com, which you don't have access to.
I really don't know. I suppose you could try reaching out to @AskWorkspace on Twitter/X and see if maybe they know more?
Sorry I can't be more help,
Ian
Dear Ian
Dear Ian

Thank you again

Hello,
same Problem here. I would also need to to use the admin console but I only have Workspace Individual. Are there any updates on this? Can we really not use the admin console?
