Can't log in to my workspace account

A while back I created a workspace account for my company and we are paying a monthly fee for this. However I can't log into my account to print out the invoices. When I try, I get the attached, prompting me to choose an administrator account to log into. When I click on the account, nothing happens at all.

However I can read all my emails for this account when I sign into Chrome. Is there a way around this?

You may want to check with Google support on which id was give the primary admin role for the domain.

You might try clearing cache and cookies and disabling plug-ins or trying a different browser (like Firefox, Edge, or Safari) to see if that helps. If it doesn't, check out all the various options for recovering admin access to your Google Workspace account at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en.

There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.
