I'm experiencing a significant issue with my Google Workspace account. During the registration process, I encountered an error related to NPWP (Tax ID) on the final step. After attempting to go back, my account is now "stuck" and inaccessible.
Every time I try to log in to my email or open my Google account, I'm continuously redirected to the Google Workspace checkout page with the following URL: https://workspace.google.com/u/3/checkout?snip=x .
On this page, I consistently see the error message: "there was an error. please try again". I'm completely unable to bypass this page, which means I cannot access my emails or manage my Google Workspace account.
Please help me to resolve this checkout loop issue so I can resume using Google Workspace.
