Can't sync because of a Data Protection API error

Hi Team, 

We are getting this error while using google workspace login, once after this user can't able to access his mail, it will show an error

"You don't have access
A company policy is blocking access to this app"

please let me know if any permanent solution for this issue.

Hi @AkashSahadevan Have you successfully resolved this issue? We are encountering the same issue but got no clue how to resolve this

This issue usually stems from security policies within Google Workspace (formerly G Suite). Ensure the app is authorized by your organization's admin in the Google Admin Console under "Security" > "API controls" > "Manage third-party app access." Adjustments there can resolve the access blockage.

HI @AlexRose Thank you for your response. I am not sure which app we should adjust in 'Manage 3rd party app access. However, in our case, the issue usually happens after changing the user's password, and there is no issue if we sign in to other devices.
