Can you change outgoing caller ID on business Google Voice calls?

It seems we wrongly assumed that when we added a Google Voice business line that calls made from this number would show up as coming from our business.  Are we missing something?  Is this in the works?  I don't really want to pay for the service if people don't want to answer calls from us because they don't know who's calling.

Hello, can you clarify what is happening when you make an outbound call?

When you refer to caller ID, are you referring to the phone number that renders to the person you are calling, or a name/label of your business name, or both? If referring to the latter, the name/label that appears on one's caller ID is not controlled by you or your business. It's controlled by the callee's carrier, or third-party app or call-screening service they may have running on their smart phone, for example. In that case, it is out of your control.

I don't think that's entirely true. My personal service is through Verizon. They allow me to have each phone number we have (4 phones) with our different names on caller id. Most phones will have this come up when we call them. It's very upsetting that I can't get my business name to come up on caller ID through Google voice business.
