Cancel Google Workspace without Admin account

I registered a domain through Google Domains.  Somehow I signed up for a Google Workspace for Business subscription.  It shows up on my credit card as GSUITE and the charge is $21.60.  I am trying to cancel that subscription.  The help pages point me to the Google Admin console which requires me to log in as an Admin but I never set up an Admin account.  How do I cancel?

You'll need to recover admin accounts first--check out all the various options for recovering admin access to your Google Workspace account at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en.

There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.
