Cancelled my subscription last month but still getting invoice

Hi All, 

I have cancelled my workspace subscription and it has acharged all additional payments. Now my invoices are keep on generating and getting deducted.  Amount is available in access and i cant even reach to live support team. How can i get my refund. I am not using workspace from last 3 months.

 

Can somebody please help to figure this out.

@Tjain90 Unfortunately, no one here can help.  We are a community of fellow admins.

My only guess is were you on an Annual contract with Google?  If so, canceling workspace still leaves the rest of your annual contract to meet.  -KAM
