Cannot access logs from a script

Apps Script membership has been transferred, however new owner can't see logs. Could someone kindly assist with an idea how new owner can have same functionality as previous one?

@Rihards_MM you're going to have to give more information for anyone to help.

  • Is the script a web app or trigger based?
  • If a web app is it deployed by the new owner? If not it's still running in the previous owner account, so the new owner doesn't have permission to access the logs.
