Cannot move or delete file in shared drive while using google drive desktop app

I created shared drive and I am a manager of that drive. I save some of my email attachments on that drive using gmail interface. I noticed that I can move or delete  some file but cannot do the same with some files while using google drive desktop application.  I receive error 0x80070522. A required privilege is not held by the client. When I use web interface it works. I am logged in the same account in desktop app and on the web.  What can be the reason
