Is it possible to modify the Google Workspace Enterprise Standard Commitment for 530 seats [36 months fixed-term plan with monthly payments] to accommodate 200 seats for the remaining 12 months of the plan?

Hi there.

While you can't reduce the number of seats during the 36-month fixed-term plan, you can reduce the number of seats on the renewal date.

Are you working with a Google Cloud Partner to help optimize your implementation of Google Workspace, and pricing terms?

If so, I recommend contacting your Google Cloud Partner to request that they change your account's renewal setting from "renew annually with same licenses" to "renew annually with fewer licenses," which will cause your account to renew with the number of assigned licenses (e.g. 200, if indeed that's how many assigned licenses you have) on the renewal date.

A few months before your renewal date, I also recommend working with your Google Cloud Partner to negotiate best-available pricing on a new 36-month fixed-term (which almost always offers better pricing than a 12-month fixed-term).
