Unfortunately, that is not possible. Google Workspace accounts can't be converted to personal accounts. The only option you have here is to create a personal account and then migrate all your data over, and then cancel your Workspace subscription. However, note that some things cannot be transferred, and that includes purchases made on the Play Store.
