Changing name from personal to business so it shows up as business name not personal with emails

Hi, so when I set up my business email within workspace, I've clearly made an error somewhere that I can't seem to rectify. I must had inputted my personal name (when it should had been the business name), so now whenever I send emails from my business email, it'll show up as my personal name, along with the business email. When really, I'd prefer if it was being received as 'the business name' along with the business email... 

Hope that makes sense? 

For some reason whenever I try to change the name, it's greyed out and I can't seem to edit it anywhere. 

Any direction and help with this would be greatly appreciated!

@Thirty6degrees do you have a screenshot of where you're seeing it greyed out?  You should be able to change it in the admin panel (https://admin.google.com)
