Combine two email accounts - mail receiving does not work

Hi all,

I have a private gmail account and was now creating a 2nd one for my business.
The mails which I receive to my business account should be displayed on my private account. Therefore I was using the instruction from this videl:

I am able to choose the business mail adress from my private one - means I am able to send mails from my private accound with the business email adress.

But I do not receive the mails on my private mail account  which were sent to the business one.
What has to be changed?
