Connexion impossible

Our association is a beneficiary of the Google for Nonprofit program. In June, I had set up the secondary email addresses, and they are still functional. However, I can no longer log in to the admin portal with my personal email address.

I even managed to add an administrator to the domain, but they are also unable to log in. The domain does belong to us, as the email addresses are in the format @mydomain.fr.

When I try to log in to the admin portal, nothing happens the page just refreshes, and nothing changes.

There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.
