Contact tags

Is it possible to make subtags (contacts)  for mailings? I put some photos to explain myself better

I want these six groups to be inside a folder and for it to be called 1st Cycle

When I used webmail from my domain it was much easier...

Just nest the label when you create it ?

Thanks for your response, but I wasn't referring to Gmail, it's in "contacts" that I need the labels. When I have to do mailings for a certain group. You cannot make subtags there...you always have to make a label individually. That is to say, the example you have given me cannot be done in "contacts"
