Hi there,
The platforms we use send mails from the same e-mail and with same subject if several for certain products (car dealership here). The only difference would be the different reply-to mails (the reply-to are the email adresses of the customers).
So we often mails from different customers land in the same conversation.
So, is there a way to change conversation rules in Gmail?
Kind regards

@ahd1963 Sorry to say that no, there are not any settings related to the threading.
I'd recommend two things: disable conversation threading for now and open a ticket with your platform developer to see if they can do something simple like customize the subject. Just something like adding the person name to the subject would differentiate it.
They can look at this for a little information about the threading: https://developers.google.com/gmail/api/guides/threads
