Create Team Drive In Workspaces

Hi - I've followed the instructions on how to create a team drive. 

However, I do not have "Shared Drive" on the left side when attempting to create a Team Drive. 

I am an admin for my company.

Is there a step I'm missing?

I can't find a way to chat or talk with someone to get this done.

What Workspace plan are you on? Shared Drives are only available in Business Standard and above, not Starter.

@JayJackson Not all Google Workspace licenses include Shared Drives nee Team Drives.  What license of Google Workspace are you using?  For example, Business Starter does not provide this feature.  Some of the license differences are available here: https://support.google.com/a/answer/6043385?hl=en&fl=1  -KAM
