Creating a master calendar with multiple user's Appointment Schedules

Hello! I am in the process of using workspace to manage multiple users' Appointment Schedules all in one space. Imagine a receptionist being able to see everyone's availability and book appointments then and there via the Appointment Schedule feature. The problem I am coming across is how to share said Appointment Schedules between the users and the receptionist's calendar. Is there something I am missing? I have tried sharing a specific user's entire calendar with the receptionist account, but nothing shows up. Do I need to do more through the workspace admin page, or should this be done through the calendars? I'm happy to elaborate more if need be. Thanks in advance.

See https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/37082?hl=en and https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/37100 for how to get users' calendars to show up for the receptionist. (It's necessary both to share and accept that share before the calendar will show up). 

Beyond that, I don't really know--I've never worked with Appointment Schedules, sorry.

I'll take a look. The calendars are linked because when I create a test appointment in one calendar, it shows up in the other. It just seems to be an issue with the Appointment Schedules themselves. Anyways, thanks for taking a look!
