Ive been send a monthly email to my customers thru my point of sale customer engagement program for a couple of years. Recently ( I assume since google updated some policys Nov 2022) my emails to @gmail users are getting blocked by error 550 5.7.26 which tells me google is blocking my emails from my business email address to all @gmail users. Which is horrible since I deal with customers from my email daily and only send out a monthly newsletter.
I've updated the DKIM and the SPF last week and it shows authenticated in my domain settings. However its still happening. How do I get my email back in good standing? I'm a bit at wits end here.
Any thoughts?
Without further details like the configuration of your SPF and DKIM records it's hard to say what is going on. Your DKIM might be correct (authenticating), but your SPF might still be wrong, given you are sending mails through third-party systems.
