Is it possible to delete the profile photo of all members of an organizational unit?

I found that you can go to Google Admin Console > Directory > Directory Settings and prevent users from customizing their profile photo. I am not sure if there is a way to bulk update/remove photos, but you could at least prevent users from changing their photos at that point.

Hi there. Yes, I know this. For students it was activated at the time. But many of them had already changed her profile picture, and I would like to delete it.

Why not then either set the profile picture to their school photo, OR set all the student profile pics to school logo or something similar?

GAM can be used.

Here's an example of setting all student accounts in a Group to the same profile image:

.\gam.exe group $groupAddress update photo $imageLocation

Excellent. A very good answer. You have managed to reveal to me the power of the GAM command.
With GAM I have been able to do what I wanted: to erase the old photos of the students.
The command I have used is:
gam ou $OU del photo

This GAM command is really very useful for all directory management!

What about for an organizations unit instead of a group? What would the ou look like
