DLP for Gmail

I have applied DLP for gmail for rejecting the predefined content and also bypassing the same for PDF and word documents. It is not triggering properly.

@Arockiaraj can you tell me if you have created a single rule for it or multiple rules?

can i know from which exact options in admin console you are creating these rules
