Data protection rules

Hi,

I have issue to set data protection rules.
Rule which i set for an example is:
G Drive - data labeled confidential - block outside share - alert on email
(my idea is to get alert when someone try to share that kind of document)

With this rule i receive alerts for internal domains also, seems that data protection do not recognize list of our domains (which are confirmed inside our workspace)
