Delete Gmail emails without license

Hello, we recently canceled Google Workspace.

In the Google Admin interface, it says that we are overusing our storage. We use 1.87 GB of 0 bytes.

According to Google, if we don't delete all data, our account will be blocked. Unfortunately, it seems impossible to delete Gmail messages if you no longer have a license.

What can I do to delete all Gmail messages from all users? I've already tried it with GAM, but I get an error message that the Gmail service is not enabled.

This is pretty urgent, so if anyone could help, I would be very grateful.
