@Former Community Member I'm not aware of any mechanism except through support once you get in to admin.google.com so that's your focus. You can try opening a case at https://support.cloud.google.

@Former Community Member Have you considering hiring a Google Partner to see if they can help? IMO, Google has no live person resources you will be able to reach. For security, you need a PIN to reach support that you get from going to admin.google.com. Not trying to rub salt but you keep asking the same question above a live person and I really don't think that avenue exists.
I recommend you hire a reseller to help or post more about the details from your work on https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en&fl=1 so others can advise.
