In the Admin Console > Devices > Mobile & Endpoints > Devices, certain devices are only listed as:
User's Windows or User's Mac - sometimes multiple listings for each.
NO Host Name
No Serial Number
I know it is a device sync, but shouldn't it identify the device that is syncing instead of the operating system?
