Different users have different storage limits - Workspace Starter

So a bit of a funny one here and I've searched for ages and not come up with anything.

All users have Workspace starter licenses which come with the 30GB limit for storage.

Some users that shows up fine as having a 30GB limit. Another user however has a 1TB limit - how can this be and where is it set?Non "Normal" user"Normal" user

@esrikandan the user has additional storge , which he/ she wont be able to renew , i am also facing the same issue
