Difficulty in changing plan and completing Google Workspace subscription

Hello,

I am currently facing an issue while trying to set up my Google Workspace account. During the sign-up process, I was automatically directed to subscribe to the "Business Standard" plan, which costs R$ 63/month for the first three months and then increases to R$ 84/month.

The problem is that I would prefer to choose a more affordable plan, as I will be the only user of the service. However, I am unable to change the selected plan, cancel the current process, or even restart the account creation to select the desired plan from the beginning.

Additionally, when I try to access the Google Workspace admin page, I am constantly redirected to the payment screen to finalize the "Business Standard" subscription, with no alternative options to proceed or resolve the issue.

I would like to know how to change the plan, cancel the current process, or, if necessary, restart the account setup from scratch.

If you're unable to follow the instructions above, I would recommend to contact the Google Workspace support team directly to downgrade your subscription plan and they'll be able to do this for you:
