Dispute Charges

I have not used Workspace for over a year believing it to be cancelled. Now my personal Gmail is suspended with claims that I owe several hundred dollars. They are sending me replies to my complaint via my suspended email but refuse to unsuspend it so that I can see the replies... What am I meant to do when they are clearly not listening?

@blahblahblah we are just fellow Workspace admins not Googlers.  Not sure what you mean about a personal Gmail suspension or bills.  Have you considered writing replies for postal mail? -KAM
