Do I have to verify a new account when add new user on Google Workspace?

I have a question.

When i add a new user, that user has to verify information (for example: phone number, gmail or anything like that) in order to log in to use GG workspace?

hi! it is not required, you have two choices from the Workspace Admin Console:

- If you set up a password manually, the user can log in inmediatly after you create the account

- If you set up an auto generated password, you have to specify another email account (a personal account) where the user receives an email with a link to activate the account and set their own password.
