I'm trying to use the new Task tracker building block feature in Google Docs.
The insert creates a 'special' task table, that has an option external to the left-upper corner of the table, "Assign new tasks from table", but it doesn't do anything -- doesn't assign any tasks from the document. The table is completed, including assignees with Person chip. I'm at a loss as to why the tasks in this table aren't actually getting assigned as Tasks.
Hello bro, did you solve this issue? I found the same bug.
I didn't, and I haven't found any explanation from Workspace documentation that might suggest an edition restriction.
In the meantime, I've created a table look-a-like for tasks to assign, and stopped using the Tasks building-block.
