Hi, my name is Daniel, I have a Google Workspace account for a domain secretarianaty.com.br. But we want to add our other domain wakeupcobrancas.com.br.
But there's a problem, when I went to add a secondary Google domain, I was alerted that the domain is already in use in another account. This domain has been ours for 2 years now.
On Saturday I filled out this form https://support.google.com/a/contact/domain_in_use
I pointed the DNS as informed and after that google never responded.
I tried thousands to contact, open several support cases via email, portal, phone.
Workspace customer support just talks to wait.
With that we are without access to our emails.
Unfortunately I'm not getting help from anyone on google.
Hi @danielteodoro :
You could try to recover the administrator password for the Google Workspace instance thatโs using your domain name, then deal with things from there. See the article at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561 , especially the โIf email and phone options aren't availableโ part, which links to https://support.google.com/a/answer/7579987
Hope that helps!

Hi, that doesn't do it. Because we don't know who owns the domain. And none of our emails with wakeupcobrancas.com.br domain have a Google Workspace account.
Open thousands of calls, send messages and Google simply ignores. Sad the situation we are going through.
The case number #35180250. It was opened by the form. The domain is pointed to DNS. But google does not return me.
