I have been trying to add multiple subscriptions to our plan. When I text support they indicate is possible, transferred the chat to someone that does not reach back.
We have under 300 user and our monthly billing keeps going up.
Do I have someone in the community that can assist on doing the transition without breaking anything. or perhaps someone in support that really can assist on setting up multiple subscription levels.
We have a lot of users that they will be fine with the Business Starter or Standard.
