Hello, I want to ask your advice. We want to switch from Workspace Bussines standard to starter and how can I do it without losing the data on the drive?.

Are you using shared drives? Changing your license type from standard to stater doesn't change any data in drive.  Storage and shared drives are the issue.  Storage changes to 30 GB. Shared drives aren't available in starter.   I'm not sure on shared drive behavior on the switch. My assumption is you still have them you just cannot create anymore.

I would check with Google support to verify or someone here may have info.
