Editing the profile icon that is seen for delegated accounts

Hello, does anyone know how to adjust the profile icon that shows up on the list of delegated accounts for a user? 

The issues is that, within the delegated account, it's difficult to tell which account you're working in. Example:  is the same for two different delegated accounts.

We tried applying a custom profile image within the account and even changing the name, but it didn't seem to affect the icon on the delegated side. The only thing we haven't tried is changing the email address itself or recreating the account all together, which we would prefer not to do. 

Any insight would be appreciated.
