Email Signatures

Hi All

We have an account with roughly 70 users, all with there own email.

Is there a way I can control their signatures and remove their access to change it?

If this can be done through the portal or through a 3rd party approved add on.

Even if there is a mechanism to control saved email sigs, they can always just paste their own in manually.

So there is no way as admin to turn off the edit signature?

I don't know if there is or not. But even if there is, it would not be effective.

3rd party apps would be the easiest for this.  I know a lot of people are using Google Apps Script to manage them as well.  I've used BetterCloud in the past to apply them every day at midnight incase someone tried to modify them on their own.
