Email Templates and Marketing Tools in GMail

Hi Team 

a recent update for google workspace to create email campaigns on GMail platform where in Google offering Templates, Design Tools and Multi Send Option for users.

We are using Enterprise Starter Plan in our organization but I dont see either Multi Send Option or the Design Tools. Checked with our Admin, as per them they have enabled Rapid Release for updates.

Gradual rollout (up to 15 days for feature visibility) starting on July 28, 2022 

So Admin features should be available to all by 15th August, end users on rapid should see the feature by 23rd August.

Hopefully mail merge functionality will be coming soon, as this current release isn't particularly useful as it stands. 

So much for the hype of a MailChimp killer. 🤦

Agreed. It's pretty rudimentary compared to something like MailChimp.

Has anyone with the Non Profit plan the multi-send option? We see the templates already.

Thanks for the info. The new Gmail marketing tools, including Multi-Send and Design Tools, are only available for certain Workspace editions. Unfortunately, the Enterprise Starter plan doesn’t include these features. You may need to upgrade to a higher-tier plan like Business Standard or Enterprise Standard to access them.
