Email getting flagged as spam

Hello!

I recently started using Google Workspace for my website- (PII Removed by Staff). I'm encountering an issue where emails sent through my website's domain email addresses (PII Removed by Staff) aren't reaching some recipients or are being flagged as spam.

I've configured everything according to the Google Workspace setup guides, but it seems like there might be an issue with the email deliverability or domain authentication settings. Can someone help me troubleshoot this problem and ensure that emails from my domain aren't getting blocked or marked as spam?

As a first step I would always encourage you to log a case with our support teams following this path and also run through an MX check up of your domain here

What setup guides did you follow ? 

There's a couple of layers here, DKIM/DMARC/SPF

There's your domain verification and mail records themselves

There's configuration in the admin console.
