Email with Microsoft Outlook

Dear All,

I'm having an issue of downloading mails using IMAP mechanism to Microsoft OutLook, but it smoothly happening through Google Workspace Sync on same. So email IDs connected with GSync work fine without any issue but when you are adding more than one email ID(s) you have to use IMAP mechanism for secondary email ID. but it takes ages to download emails, sync folders etc etc. Don't you have any option to add two or more email IDs to GSYNC if yes most of the problems are solving.

Would like to hearing from you soon with a solution.

One of the reasons that IMAP could be taking a long time is that you have a big inbox, the limit of IMAP downloads is 1250 MB https://support.google.com/a/answer/1071518?hl=en so you will need to give it time to download the full amount with that in mind. Another reason could be because you have the account sync on multiple devices, if you do have that, try closing all other applications until you have completed the initial download on the new device.
