I have started seeing a weird behavior on my workspace account. For one specific user in my organisation, am seeing emails routed directly to the workspaces super admin email account instead of the users email account. This has started happening from yesterday.
As a note our Google domains and DNS setup incl Gmail MX setti gs were migrated automatically from Google domains to squarespace 2 days back, not sure if that has caused this issue for only 1 user ( where other users accounts in the same org works fine).
Any help will be appreciated

Hi @rizwan04 ... thanks for the suggestion. I was able to get in touch with Google workspace support team earlier today who very swiftly helped triage the issue. The solution was very close to what you suggested but instead of changing the default routing, I had to go to

First check the MX is setup correctly, if it is then you need to check the routing settings from admin panel and for that you need to goto Apps and then Gmail and then check for default routing. If there is user which is having issues is listed there then you need to remove from there.
