Sounds like you havenโ€™t set up SPF and DKIM for your domain. See https://support.google.com/a/answer/140034?hl=en for more details of how to do that.

These will require you to access DNS and input the appropriate records.

DKIM will be verified via the admin console once DNS records have been updated.
