How to connect emails when the domain is from GoDaddy, hosting on Hostgator and the mail client is Workspace?
Even after putting all creds correctly, not able to receive emails from my laptop. For phone I am able to send, but not receive emails, which is strange.
It could take some time before your MX records have fully propagated. Have you verified on a site like mxtoolbox.com that the MX records are correct?
If MX records are correct and you attempt to send a message to this account from another email address what happens? Is there an error message?
Have you checked the email log to see if the messages are there?
@EdAd It seems like your domain is missing mx records , you can use any one of the below tools to check your mx records:

Usually, we needs to add MX records on the domain host side but if you have a website it is most likely that your website host team is handling your name servers so either you should do it by using their cpanel or should ask them to update the values for you:
If you are able to add the DNS records from the domain host panel itself that's cool go ahead and add the same.
