Enquiry about the features of Google Workspace

Hi all,

Good morning/afternoon/evening,

I would like to check on one of the features about the Google Workspace. 

In the event I would like to set some policies to allow the user to install the application that does not exist in Google Marketplace or Google Playstore , will that be possible to do so ? If not what are the alternatives. Kindly seek your advise.
