I am attempting to export our companies google drive data. After I exported the data, I am unable to download the data unless I do it by user, ( which there are alot). Is there an easier way to download all of my companies data?
I tried to follow the link that you provided previously. Once the data is exported to the point where I can download it, I receive a message that I can not download more than one file via cloud platform. Based off the message I receive I have to download all the folders one at a time. Is this correct?
It's also worth considering where are you moving the data. If you are moving it into another platform there are a lot of third party tools built specifically for moving data into and out of Google Workspace. CloudM and MigrationWiz are two popular tools. You also could do it in bulk using the APIs with a tool like GAM.
