Export a copy of users mailbox

Is there a way to export a mailbox for one user using the workspace admin console? I need it for an ediscovery matter. Something similar to Google takeout is what I'm looking for.

If it's ediscovery, that's exactly what Google Vault is built for--it's the whole reason it exists. Check out https://support.google.com/vault/answer/6161352 for the details.
