Forced onto Business Plus instead of the intended Business Starter plan

How can I get into the Business Starter plan when it's not even giving me the option?

I'm currently on free trial, but I need to be sure the billing plan is the correct one before setting up my services.

As you can see in the image I presented, I don't even get the option to get a cheaper plan.

When you complete your free trial then you are able to to that....

It seems odd, this is the third time I do this process and this is the only time I have to wait until the free trial expires..

Thanks anyways, I'll wait until then and I'll try to post in here if that solved the issue.
