Frustrating to get live support with Google Workspace

On Tuesday last my Business Account was suspended without prior notification or an explanation. After 3 days, I still haven't been able to resolve the problem nor can get any live account support to determine what the problem. In the meantime my business is shut down, orders can be fulfilled and payments are also being held up. I checked payment history and believe that is the problem. While an active card (Amex) has been on file, a Visa debit was replaced with a new card in January. Since an active card was on file I can not understand why my account is in suspension. I have spent the last 3 days attempting to get an explanation but all the customer service prompts ask you to contact your adminstrator. Since I am the administrator and am blocked from getting access to the account all the recommended fixes and suggestions are meaningless. Add to that road block, calling the 855 help line is a useless run around with an answer bot that ultimately suggests, "Wait and a sales associate will get on the line..." Then you are on hold, silently, and endlessly and after 24 minutes I gave up. I tried 2/3 more times with the same result...Nothing. All this time and disappointment could be easily resolved with access to the account payment history and or access to an explanation why the account is on hold...Simple but not a Workspace offering. Amazingly, checking payment resources I stumbled upon Google Pay Support...Immediate there were agents who could help live but unable to assist with Workspace issues. So there are live support agents...just not for the business customer. Going into day 4 and my problem is yet resolved and all the repercussions impacting my business continue. Workspace should be a better steward of their customers!
