Getting "Make sure all fields are correct to continue" error when trying to list a workspace add-on

I am trying to publish a Google Workspace add-on to the marketplace. I've gone through all of the steps and everything looks right but I am still getting an error.

I am getting the error:

Make sure all fields are correct to continue

But all of the fields are set correctly. I'm including screenshots below.

What is wrong?

Did you configured the OAUTH on step 2?

Yes. In fact, mine is verified status. I was approved for all of the scopes I am using.

I found the issue. The website has a bug. If you just check "All Regions" it won't let you continue. Even though it hides the region selector, you have to first select at least one region and then check the "All Regions" box.

I'm trying to create a load balancer for my ssl certificate and I'm running into the same problem whenever I click create. Where is the region selector where I can select a region?
