Hi, I am the admin for my account. I set up my employees email. It keeps bouncing. Not sure the issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is inbound mail or outbound mail bouncing? Is there any error message?
If it is inbound mail, make sure your MX records are correct.
If it is outbound, I would check the email logs and see if it gives any detail.
It probably won't help in this scenario, but you can check the message header analyzer.
What does the bounce says. What is the error?

Have you checked to ensure all DNS setttings for inbound and outbound email delivery have been setup? You can easily check this for your domain at:
https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/checkmx/
If you have any additional details you can share that may help the community provide better guidance.
