I've set my workspace account to show my photo to everyone. But when I receive an email from that account in Outlook, the photo is not displayed. What else do I need to do to get it to show?
There are a few reasons why your photo may not be showing up in Outlook when you receive an email. Here are some possible solutions:
Verify that your photo is properly uploaded to your workspace account: Go to your workspace account settings and check that your photo is properly uploaded and appears as expected.
Check your Outlook settings: In Outlook, go to File > Options > People. Make sure that the "Show User Photos When Available" option is selected.
Clear the Outlook cache: Outlook may be displaying a cached version of your email, which may not include your photo. To clear the cache, go to File > Options > Advanced > Outlook Data File Settings > Clear Cached Data.
Check the recipient's Outlook settings: If the recipient is also using Outlook, they may need to enable the "Show User Photos When Available" option in their settings.
Wait for the photo to propagate: It may take some time for your photo to propagate through the Microsoft network. Wait for a few hours and see if the photo appears.
Did all of that so guess I'm at #5 and will just have to wait. Thanks.
๐ lets hope for the best.
