Google Admin (Workspace)

I am an Admin to our google workspace.  I have recently added a new User to have access and every time she tries to access the Portal we have setup she get's the 404 Error, but no one else that is already setup is having the issue.  I have tried to use different browsers and different devices and still getting the error...I checked her permissions w/ someone else that has been accessing the site for at least a year or so w/out any problems...It will be great for some suggestions as I am running out of options.

Hope you're doing well, in order to give some ideas, I'll need more information.

• Which Method did you use to give her access to Workspace? (Manual, CSV, GCDS)
• Which license does your organization has?
• This user is o the same OU as the other customers who are not experiencig any issue?
• This customer is experiencing issues accessing only to the Admin Console?
• Did you check the unmanaged accounts?
